Eileen Webb, Associate, has been leading organizations through thoughtful strategic growth for more than 15 years. With a background in computer programming and digital strategy, her work focuses on helping organizations create sustainable, lasting shifts as they transform their systems to be more equitable, humane, and inclusive.

Eileen is an internationally recognized digital strategy expert, author, and speaker. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Whitman College in Washington State, where she first met Nanci Luna Jiménez and experienced the impact of personal healing on her own social justice work. She leads the Portland, Maine Circlesinging group, which focuses on the power of community music-making for connection, growth, and change.

Eileen lives on a small farm in southern Maine with her husband, flock of poultry, two rabbits, and too many bees to count.
